Founded in1988, Lai Shing Dim Sim factory is famous for its home made dim sims. The factory was featured in the Sydney Morning Herald on 8 January 2000 – “You go here for the wide range of savoury pastries.”

We supply a variety of delicious dim sims, ranging from Prawn Gow Gee, Scallop Gow Gee, Vegetarian Gow Gee, Prawn dim’sim, Spring rolls, and many more. All our dim sims are freshly made in the factory on daily basis. There is a selection of fresh or frozen dim sims at our shop. The ingredients of our dim sims consist of fresh seafood, meat and vegetables of excellent quality.

Our dimsims will suit hotels, restaurants, buffet dinners, functions or takeaway shops; they are also ideal for instant party food. We also make customized dim sims based on your special requirements.

Delivery service is available if you make the order through us during the week. We are open:  Shop – seven days a week between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Factory – Monday to Saturday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
